Try experimenting with different toothpastes - see which one works best for you. Of course this method will take a few months... If you have a good look at the dental section of your local supermarket, there should be heaps of products to supposedly whiten your teeth - strips, pastes, stuff like that.
Dental bleaching was also pretty popular a little while ago- your teeth become really white afterwards, but they stain easily. Ask your dentist about it next time you go for a check-up. Seriously, don't be scared to ask for help if it'll improve your smile! =D

You want to rinse 3 times a day with coca cola. Swish it around your mouth for 1 minute 3 times a day and your teeth will start gleaming in about 3 weeks. so get that coke and start swishing , you'll be amazed.

Listerine has a new pre-brush rinse, you rinse with it for a whole minute before you brush. I started using it when it came out last year, it really does make a difference.

There is actually a toothpaste that dentist recommends...just ask your dentist for the name... Try having a regular tooth cleaning.
