ok heres the deal:
im 15years old.
weigh 113-115lbs.
but i have some belly fat. PLEASE dont lecture me about all the anorexic crap:::
im smart. i know better. im NOT about to try anything stupid.
i just wanna hear from ppl's opinions on whether they would advise me to go on a small diet. everyone[includin myself btw] thinks 114 is a perfect weight for my age, but i have a bit belly fat im embarressed about.
about my life- i eat like any other teen secretly does in this world. i go to school wicked early so i skip breakfast, but i eat a bit of school meal for lunch[varies everyday]. when i come home i just eat a snakc[chex, chips, salad, w/e in fridge] and then something dinner worthy- spaghetti, rice, potatoes, w/e
