Ok so, sudden high sex drive, tired all the time, eating strange things. BUT, I dont think I am pregnant cause my husbnd and I tried for 7 years after our first and it never happened so I suspect something else is going on.

Youre tired because of all that sex! Not a bad thing either. Higher libido means a change in appetite and changes increases your 'feel good factor', again, relating to appetite.
Just wait for that period!

good luck

PS, from what youve told us its really not enough to contemplate him having an affair, unless there are other factors involved which are making you think that way.

I'm a guy, but my best friend told me that the day she turned 30, her sex drive quadrupled and all she wanted to do was have sex. She's 38 now, but I wish I had known her when she turned 30! lol Another possibility might be that, if you guys were having sex only once a month, he may have decided to do something about it and started taking Viagra or something. I really don't think that he had an affair because if he did, or IS, then he would probably want to have sex with you even less. I would just sit back and "enjoy" the ride! lol

I think everyone is right it is not you , your husband is 12 years older than you and you have to talk with him , my wife and I are the same age 32 and at times I do not want sex when she want it , and she feels the same way at times. Only having sex once a month is not bad , the concern is he is sleeping in another room, do not pressure him too much. What helps me get in the mood is when my wife acts a little "bad" like if I am watch TV she gives me a better show to watch or do the stuff he did before we got married . Also 40 is midlife so you will need to be understand .

Hey don't worry about it just enjoy it. If you think you're prego take a test. People go through changes in their sex drives all the time for many different reasons. Maybe you're hitting your peak but I've heard that it's in the min 30's for women but I'm sure every ones different.

Could be prego. Or it could be life is changing. Stress in a relationship or even work stress will cut your sex drive. So if your no longer stressed your sex drive could go up. Could be what your eating. Everyone gets weird cravings even when they are not prego. (I was not prego and I wanted a hotdog pretzel from auntie annies and used the frosting they have to dip it. It was good but know it grosses me out.) Take a test to see.

I agree with all of the other answers as very good possibilities. 2 other things could be happening - you and or your spouse are bored and realized that it is a good way of filling time (nice clean fun) or mid-life crisis on one of your behalves, realizing that you are missing your teens you are now triing to re-live them like a rockstar.

At 28 you are entering a woman's sexual peak.. While men have it as teens woman start it in their early thirties.. so I would think its quite normal.. now that is if you are the one having the urges. If its your hubby then I would question it also.. but if its you don't worry just enjoy it..

You weren't trying very hard at once a month.
Enjoy the sex while it lasts. Let's hope it (or you) never burns out.
