Is it true that one can use Hydrogen Peroxide to clean the ears from accumulated ear wax? What is the procedure & also VERY important! This method won't damage the eardrum will it?

Has anyone tried this before? Thank you for answering.

without enrolling in courses/paying money for anything....how is it possible to control anger, and not let it overtake your whole mind? to ensure one doesn't take out anger on the undeserving, e.g. innocent friends/family members who just happen to be there?

The other day I came home from school to find that the door was locked, when my mum should of been in. I was worried because at the moment she's suffering from mental illness which can make her overly tired or stressed. I rang the home phone many times and her mobile, but there was no reply, I was with my Dad at the time but he had to go out places and said it would be difficult to take me. I walked home and hammered on the door. After 10 minutes my mum came down, opened the door and shouted at me for ages, then told me I was grounded for a week because I woke her. Do you think that's out of order? Or is she right? Help :'(

Well i am worried about my older boyfriend,he is fit/healthy but i am worried about the amount of food he eats,we have cooked meals like pasta and cottage pie,and then a couple of hours later he has bacon/turkey/ham and chips, its his life and everything but its the amount of meat he eats.Hes only 34 but i am worried he will have a heart attack and his heart will become weak considering all greasy fry ups he has,and he has abit of a temper on him aswell, when i express my concerns he tells me to stop nagging and that i 'do his head in'.
he came close to hitting me once but luckily caught himself in time,we have been together for 8 years, nothing has changed but for the last year he has been eating and drinking more and always trying to get into fights.I really don't know what to do anymore, and he has proposed to me but i refused to do if he keeps on eating, why is he doing this, does he want to have a heart attack?

Hey,
I'm not on a diet since my weight is healthy but I want to maintain it or slim down a kilo, not much more though...Anyways skinny girls of my age eat a lot of chocolate and stuff without being bulimic,so I dont want to deprive myself either but is this too much?
Breakfast:An apple and a brown bread slice cut in 2 halfs:One with peanut butter, the other with fat free cottage cheese

Snack:Special K bar(90cals)

Lunch:A bit of lettuce, and apple slices(not alot,I just got them from the fruit salad, and it was SMALL)And 2 "fried coated fish cakes"(but they're not big,though...)
Followed by another specIal K bar

Snack: A special K bar(again)
Then a chocolate,chocolate chip muffin
Then I exercised for 30 mins(lost 200cals)

Dinner:One slice of brown bread with cayenne pepper, tuna and lettuce, followed by a chocolate coated rice cake(only 50cals)

3g of sat fat per 100g in a mcdonalds beefburger.
4.5 per 100g of sesame seeds
14.5 per 100g of olive oil
the manufactures are keen to point out that these items are all mainly made of good fats....and there also keen to use the % of good fats to bad fats as the scale. this makes the burger look bad.
but the fact they are higher in staurated fats per gramm and I'm startled by the fact that 100g of nuts and seeds is worse for you than a beefburger!

am I missing something? is there a misprint on my food labels?

I'm 16, and I usually smoke bud every day, usually multiple times. I pretty much just smoke, but I do love acid and shrooms when it's around :). Now, I love Mary Jane. I wouldn't give it up for many things, and I show no signs of slowing down. Now my question is, for those adults who were like me at my age, when did you quit smoking if you did at all?

I don't want to be a hermit, but it seems that the more we're around other people, and the more we're in heavily populated places, the higher the likelihood that we get sick or increase our chances of developing infections.

Is there truth to this, or is it just paranoia?

What if you have to live/work in places such as New York City? Then what? lol.

I asked my science (chemistry teacher) if it was possible to take some kind of supplement which would give you amino acids and vitamins, but not actually eat any food and just burn up the calories stored in your body. He said you would still need carbohydrates and blah blah blah....Then one kid insisted that maybe if you drank milk, that would be sufficient...
So, is it possible to get on a diet of milk and supplements? If not, what kind of adjustments could i make?
