So why does it suck to be a teenager? Besides your hormones playing tricks on you? It's because you're no longer a kid but not quite an adult yet.
I can't make my own decisions. Never learned. More than that, my mom (yes, my mom, laugh at me please) constantly tells me what to do, who to date and who not to date. Once she starts to say her stuff I can't get it out of my head. She badmouths all my dates that I chose for myself and then I just can't get her stinging words out of my brain. I live on my own, but she gets me over the phone all the time. I don't know what I want, and it's getting too late to want anything. I'll be old soon.
I was married (my mom told me who to marry, he seemed like a nice guy), I'm separated now. Luckily, I don't have children to participate in this mess that I call my life.

So... How do I grow up? I can't go back in time and hang out with teenages and make all the teenagers mistakes and learn to be normal. Any help on that? Pretty please

I'm a student in Health and Wellness. I am ALSO studying abroad in Japan.
Japanese people eat white rice at every single meal. In fact the Japanese word for meals is *gohan*(rice). My second observation is that Japanese people generally speaking are very thin by comparison to Americans.. or just about any population from a industrialized Country. Even the two French students here are more regular sized and not thin as they are famously described to be. Now back in the states I hear about everyone and their mother being on the low carb diet Atkins or some such derivative.
Apparently carbs are bad and should be avoided and limited.
I don't exactly buy it. I've had mostly white rice or noodles with meals every day since I got here but I've lost weight. However, Japanese portion sizes are smaller and have less calories.

So why is Atkins considered some sort of Dietary miracle?
Why does it shun the very basis of meals on almost every Continent?

Why is it that most of the time, and I mean most of the time one side of my nostrels are blocked (I can breath extremely slightly though) and then it switches over when I dont notice to the other one that isn't blocked. i dont take drugs or dont intend to but i am wondering why LSD is a class a drug

from some websites ive been on they say there is minimal risk from LSD its just what you do while your wasted on it. but in the class A section you have all the heavy drugs which are deadly and LSD which can be but not very often, im confused

Ive heard of many women having their ports removed after treatment. I asked my oncologist and my surgen about removal and they tell me that they dont remove them unless there is a problem with them. I some times have pain if clothes rub against it. Why would they not remove it?

This is a question based on nothing more than curiousity. Is it possible to inject Heroin wrong and cause your arm to be messed up and amputated? I've heard somewhere that its true.
