i m very thin any want to become little bit fatty so plz suggest me

EAT MORE FOOD. But not junk food! While being "fat" is not a great goal, getting a little bit of healthy padding is not a bad idea. A small layer of fat in women who eat healthfully is indeed desirable. This fat is important for your hormones and it is great if you get pregnant in the future.

Rather than eating sweets- eat a lot of complex carbohydrates. This means whole wheat bread, brown rice, honey or molasses for sweeteners, and other whole grain products. Also raise your protein intake- more meat, beans, and dairy (yogurt especially). Then add more fat- in the form of olive oil and other light fats. Don't use trans fats- these are dangerous. Saturated fats like butter and bacon grease are okay in moderation- but they are not good for your heart if you eat excessively. Focus on monounsaturated oils like olive oil.

Keep exercising too, but not excessively- building muscle should go hand in hand with building up fat. You want your fat in a thin layer all over your body, not just in your tummy or your thighs. Eating well and excercising will give you a healthy amount of well-proportioned fat!

You may start eating some sweets before going to sleep.After eating sweets, you have to brush your teeth properly. Result will be visible in 5/6 weeks time.

rather then aim to be unwell, go the gym and ask them about bulking up some muscle.

being fat is NOT a healthy aim.

aiming to get fat is just as healthy as aiming to become anerexic. It's just not a smart way to teach your mind to think.

How old are you?.. I cant believe the thin people wants to pick up wieght and fat people wants to loose weight
