i have this thick flap (skin) protruding from anus. is it normal? what is it called? one more thing, sometimes if i "poop" theres a bright red blood that goes with my "poop". ive read from the internet that sometimes it causes a tear in the anus part, which causes it to bleed. it doesnt hurt, really. ive also read that maybe i lack fiber that causes my "poop" to be so hard that causes it to tear also. should i worry? or its just normal?

I get abdominal pain after almost every time I run for more than a few mintues. This has been going on for a long time.

If it's a very strenuous run then I feel faint the pain is bad and have to sit down for a while.

The pain feels like period cramps and usually goes away after a few minutes.

Any suggestions?

..I'm 42, a nurse but have had quite a bit of time off - nursing my terminally ill mum. She died 8thOct. 8th November I had a car crash driving with my best friend. Not my fault. Witnesses etc.. but it was at 40 mph - dual carriageway, and I'm struggling. Had 2 have 2 weeks AGAIN off work. Feel so guilty. Work obviously feel ...Hmm not sure .. but vib not good. Feel there is trust and relationship break down now.
Have fancied working with disadvantaged children for a long time.... Is this the push I need?
I'm 42 with 2 children of my own and my mum grew up in an orphanage.
I think my life experiences will help.

i misscaried 3 weeks and 6 days ago and stop bleeding just 4 days after also stoped gettin a positive after 10 days, me and my hubby started trying after 12 days the day i was ovulating (taken by a ovlation test) today i took a pregnancy test and its a very light positive ( two lines) could i be pregnant again ?
