Control your intake of food, Eat food which are less in carbohydrate content. And avoid fried food, Chocolates and Ice creams. And to top it all do exercise.....

Hi there !
Follow these golden rules.
*stop / reduce rice intake.
*stop fried items and all bakery items.
*start the day with a lemon tea with honey.
*have frequent intake of lemon tea with honey.
*stop sugar totally.
*maybe sugar intake may be substituted by commercially available"sugar substitutes".
*With the body lying down flat on the ground, do the "leg rising exercises" daily morning to a count of 50.
*do the "forward bending exercises" daily morning ro a count of 30.

dont expect miracles...but I can assure you that, if done sincerely and regularly, you will get results..and you will start feeling the difference after 2 weeks itself.

It's Simple. If you have a bicycle use it. Otherwise, get up early in the morning go for long walk at least for an hour. Do not use junk food and non veg food. drink water very often.

one of the easiest ways is to drink water; have bottled water with you; you can refill the bottle when empty from tap to save money; take water with you and drink drink , eat healthy; throw some exercise in there; walking to music you love; pencil yourself in to your day ; I lost 15 pounds without even trying over the summer and the only thing different; I probably drank several bottle in the course of a day ; my daughter did it the same; moderation with everything food based ; think healthier , read labels , substitute , don't deprive

What you refer as over weight?
Is this weight because of any problem?
Locate or trace the problem, then will see what it is.
Don't give room for self medication.
Don't allow doctors to study on you. but find the problem and treat.
Find the problem, as you find the problem you can even find out the solution.

reduce bad carbs. make healthier choices. exercise. I lost 70 lbs doing this. also limited myself with 3 meals only.
