How did you feel when watching it? If you were feverish, then that's why. If you were shaking and imagining that it was you having the sex in reality instead of the internet, then you will have problems like this after you have finished watching. Try to control yourself dude.

I had this problem when i was younger(11-14yrs)
But after a few yrs it was gone,i dont know why i had it and why is it gone now but just give it some time and it will hopefully go away on its own.Or go to a doctor.

Just don't watch porn. End of problem. Your subconscious knows that you shouldn't watch garbage that degrades women, so you feel bad -- as you should.

maybe this is the reason porn sites are popular....anyway I think ur straining and intense concentration on the screen more than required....let ur mind and eyes wander aroundas u wud do with other sites....or anything else on the screen....be easy on urself pal

Probably lack of blood in the brain together with intense radiation from the screen. Or maybe someone's letting you know that you shouldn't be doing that... :P

have u ever been sexually abused? u might have deep rooted emotions that are tied to sex.... even if your conscious mind cant remember.
