I'm working on compiling a 'diet' (though not in the conventional "lose weight get rich" sorta way). Basically, I have three criteria:
a) Utter regularity and simplicity. As few ingredients as possible.
b) Extremely Low Cost, found in most grocery stores. As cheap, and nutritional, as possible.
c) Meets all nutritional requirements. In particular, I will be doing quite a bit of exercise (3hr swimming, 1-2hr taekwondo)
So far, I've got rice. I would include spaghetti, but it seems redundant. What else should I toss onto my simple list?
