Work out at least 4 days a week for like 2 hours,do 20 minutes of cardio aerobics each day, make sureyou eat breakfast each morning so you can have something to burn off,Avoid any fast foods,avoid whole milk (2 percent or soy is best) and choose whole grain bread over any type of bread, stretch after each work out, stretch after a hot shower or bath while your muscles are worked up, avoid anything surgery if you do have anything with sugar avoid eating it past 4, drink plenty of water and avoid being stressed over anything.

I have seen it done before.....

i successfully used the Sacred Heart Diet and lost 12 lbs in 7 days. I have maintained and proudly kept off 8 of those pounds. The first few lbs, usually 4 or so, are always Water Weight.

Just research a lil bit and you will find it. It's used for REALLY obese people prior to surgery to reduce belly fat so that their surgery is easier on the surgeon.

There is also the Master Cleanse. It's the "Cayenne Lemonade" drink that Beyonce used to lose 20 lbs before she started Dream Girls. I don't know too much about that one, but is easily researched.

Don't. It's not healthy to lose weight that fast, no matter what way u do it.

You're not supposed to lose more than like 2 pounds a week, normally. A little bit over wouldn't kill u. But what you're looking for is almost a pound A DAY, u shouldn't... (and also, in theory with calories and etc, it's not even possible cause u don't burn enough calories in a day, ESPECIALLY if u have that little intake)

I lost a lot of weight over the summer...I went down 7 pants sizes by drinking water with everything and eating a piece of toast or something light for breakfast, then for lunch chicken noodle soup, and for supper eating a lean cuizine the low fat one's...If I had to have a snack I would eat a piece of fruit... Just a thought!

20 lbs in such a short time? Well thats holding very high stakes dont you think?
Well maybe you could exercise a lot and eat in moderation, but i dont think you will loose so much weight in barely 3 weeks. At the most maybe you could loose 10 lbs.
