girls who get there periods early, say i dont know 12 years old,
when they get older are their hips going to be wider then most girls that got theirs in their late teens, idk maybe like 15 16?
would the girls that got their periods early be a slight bigger then the girls who got theirs late.
i mean i know these things, cuz i'm 16, but most people that i know who got their periods early seem to have wider hips.

Your hips get wider because you don't metabolize as quickly, or as well as you did when you were younger, but mostly it is in your genes. When you got your period has nothing to do with it. Maybe those who get their period early, also develop early and that is why it seems like they have bigger hips. With puberty comes curves. Enjoy them.

It' genetics. 12 is not an early age to get your period, wide hips are a matter of genetics. Some girls develop later in life, wait until youre 20 before asking about wide hips. I'm 26 and still dont have wide hips, and I have a child.

No i dont think that is true i started when i was 13 years old i am not 19 and i have really small hips they are not wide at all

I got my period at 12 and I do not have wide hips at all. I think that is just a myth. Hip width depends on genetics, body shape, and weight.

thats just a coincidence.
there's no biological reason for early menses and wider/larger hips.
those two things are controlled by your genes.
one doesnt cause the other.
and dont worry about wider hips.....its not necessarily considered to be unattractive.

No, Im pretty sure that is wrong because i started at 11. and my hips arnt big. im just mature for my age im 14 and i look like im 18. it gets anoying a lot. but oh well.

but anywho I dont think your . effects your figure
if your mom got wide hips, you will too.. having a late . wouldn't make them smaller.
they're simply not connected.

jeez.
i got mine when i just turned 10.
i have like 35-40in hips.
uh.. yeah, im only 13 now...
thats probably not good...
