i lift, to to a gym every day, and i do rip my muscles, is there a faster way

Well, there's always protein shakes and steroids. Or you can take a few days off and let your muscles recover.

Nope just keep doing what your doing and you'll get there trust me, but if you wanna know a little trick if you cant wait to that long "LOL" try trading back and forward of weight levels like do 12 reps in your arms with 20, 40, 50, wieghts or what ever is comfortable then the next day or every other day go to a heavier weight set to rip your muscles in to shape. For your ab's do normal crunches or machine crunches then add wieghts to your chest area and then do 20 reps every other day.....


Good luck, but try to rest other wise you will hurt yourself.....!
