It's healthy to have a snack food once in a while. It's important to have a good balance of all the different food groups. If you have some corn chips, it will not be the end of the world. Corn chips are actually a healfthy alternative to other chip types. The thing is, if you stop all food that you think are unhealthy, eventually you will cave in and eat a lot of unhealthy food for a long period of time and fall into a depression. To lose weight over a long period of time, then a balance in food is crucial. And exercise doesn't actually help you lose weight; it only accounts to 30% of weight loss. If you feel as if going to the gym is starting to get really boring, why not try a different exercise alternative, like yoga, or jogging or something. If you exercise with freinds, you'll also more likely to have fun. Anyway, good luck with your weight loss, and don't worry about a packet of chips. It will benefit you in the long term.

How large is the bag? If it's a family pack - yeah, if it's an individual bag that's often sold with your lunch - no.

I wouldn't think so. If you were to, it would probably only be a pound or so.
