i am on a diet where i get ATLEAST 3000 calorie or more a day...i drink 3 boost or ensure plus which is a weight gain drink(each is 360 calories) and 2 high protein high calorie bars(each is 300 calories)
and LOTS of peanuts and peanut butter, breads/whole wheat breads/pastas...and milk...but its still hard to get 3000 calories depite all the sugar, carbs, fats, and calorie counts 4 all of these foods!
WHAT ARE SOME HIGH CALORIE HEALTHY FOODS THAT WILL HELP ME PUT ON HEALTHY WEIGHT(im looking 4 high protein, low fat, and low carb and sugar though)...i feel like im gaining to much fat but i cant exercise UNTIL i gain atleast 10 pounds... i want some good snacks and school lunches...also some "convenience" foods that are healthy...
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME HEALTHY HIGH CALORIE FOODS BESIDES NUTS/BUTTERS, SHAKES, MEATS, BARS, AND CARBS THAT WILL PUT ON WEIGHT BUT NOT GO TO MY STOMACH...I SEEM TO LOOK PREGNANT WHEN I GAIN WEIGHT...
HELP!!!( and i dot wanna look pregnant!!!)
