Hey guys,

Last semester at school I had lots of money left over on my food card so I ended up frequenting this donut shop that was really close to my dorm. Long story short, at the start of the semester I was 6'0" 198lbs with a 36" waist, 4 months later I grew to 220lbs with a 38" waist. I'm 19.

Is that getting kinda flabby? I've noticed my stomach is kinda round and bouncy now. I'm not unhealthy though and I'm fine with my body, but should I be concerned?

Thanks for your input.

I'm 5'10", 15 years old, and weigh 200 lbs and I am far from fat. I have a 38" waist. Don't worry about it.

Dude have no worries about what everyone else is saying i recommend that you do take it light on the donuts but that doesnt mean to stop eating them totally or to go on a diet your a tall guy so i guess it's okay and once you dont feel chest pains and you stay in that 36-38 waist range then thats okay...... and be proud of yourself.... tall people generally look slimmer with weight i should know im 6'2 and a girl:S lol yayyyyyyyy my benefit

The proof is in the numbers, my friend, you're getting big, and don't assume you're healthy just because you're 19 and not yet manifesting symptoms. As a reformed college sweet tooth pre-diabetic and struggling with my weight, I can safely say that if I had it to do all over again, I'da been just a little more careful with the sweets.
