If you are always hungry, then you may be in need of some mineral or vitamin.
Loads of food is not necessarily the case, you could eat as much as you want of carrots, broccoli, cauliflour, peppers and celery raw and you won't gain any weight from it. Adding butter or rich heavy dips to these can make you gain weight, however. These are handy in that you can keep them with you in a lunchbox and eat them whenever.
Don't forget to drink water, and someone else has suggested eating little and often. 5 small meals a day can often be much more beneficial than 3 large meals, particularly if you leave off the rich sauces, butter, mayonnaise, deep-fried foods and white bread.

If you are getting hunger pains then your body is telling you it wants food.
I hope you are not on a silly diet avoiding food?
just eat some well nourishing food that will prevent you getting hungry. High fibre cereals for breakfast and maybe salad for lunch with fresh fruit and yogurt. And a cooked meal of fish/chicken with rice and vegetables in the evening.

If you are experiencing pains due to hunger, then you are not eating enough!
If you don't want to eat too much, eat things like pasta/bananas etc - cardbohydrates tend to fill you up for longer and also give you energy. As long as you are eating the right kinds of food, eating too much shouldn't be a problem.
Stick to fruit & veg for snacks rather than crisps/sweets.

You shouldnt be having hunger pains. When you eat your meals make sure you eat protein in every one of them. Protein keeps you full longer. Don't eat lots of carbs, they won't keep you full for long! High glicemic foods like complex carbs and protein stay with you longer, so that you aren't hungry an hour after eating. Make sure all your meals have enough protein and you won't starve in between meals.

eat carbs like bread
i used to love feeling hungry i felt in control
but that was a different thing...
bread fills you up loads i also drink 8 bottles of water a day which fills me up so i dont have to eat

I find that if im a bit hungry i will have a cup of coffee.
But water is just as good at filling you up and is a healthier option too.
