Nurophen plus work for me but you mustn't take more than 6 in a day and must take them after food. Try one and if that doesn't work in an hour try a 2nd one. If I have a bad headache I put some Tiger balm on my head take one nurophen plus then an hours lie down mostly it has gone after that but sometimes I need to take another.
