Usually it's easier to replace a bad habit with a good habit instead of just trying to get rid of the bad habit, So find something you can do instead of watching porn, something that you will enjoy in a non-sexual way or that makes you feel good about yourself. Maybe go running or shoot baskets. Maybe during the time of day when you're used to watching porn, arrange to do some serious volunteer work. Set a goal of two extra A's on your next report card and study hard at the library instead of coming home and turning on the smut.

Don't let porn conrol you -- you need to get in charge of your own life and how you spend it. Porn is really unhealthy and teaches guys to regard females as objects instead of treating them as equal human beings, and it sets totally unreal expectations (such as how big a penis is supposed to be -- the ones on porn are mostly digitally enhanced). Breaking this bad habit is an important way to earn some real self-respect.

You could consider getting a filter on your computer (something like NetNanny) that will make it harder to access the filthy stuff. BTW, porn sites are very likely to give you a computer virus.

Keep at it even if you slip a few times. You are a valuable person, and you should spend your time doing things that make you proud of yourself, not watching some sicko sex stuff. Sex is beautiful at the right time with the right person. Don't let porn pollute it for you.

Habits are hard to break. If you have an addictive personality, you're in for a rough ride in life. Start now to discipline yourself. Use your will power and get busy doing constructive things. And as the old-time advice goes, avoid occasions of sin...i.e., stay away from porn or sexy thoughts, etc. as much as you can. Not easy, not fun, but you asked for it.

Think of someone you would not want to have sex when you feel like you want to masturbate, i.e. you mother, grandmother etc. That should do it for you. Good luck!

to stop something that had been a habit takes time and is even harder when you like it. make yourself busy ;eg:-have sports, cycling...etc. remind yourself that for every time you have the rise of thought to do, try to get yourself out the thought and get some thing done. it take's time to heal this habit of indulgence. keep occupy.

Control your mind. Don't think of sexy things when you are alone. Good luck.
