Eating Apples really helps to clean your teeth so it makes sense that it may help your teeth from decay by ridding your mouth of any left over food particles. I'm not a Dentist so I have no real knowledge or proof.

I always said, An apple a day keeps the Doctor away. I guess they are good sayings as apples are good for you but I don't think they are wholly true

no..........
infact apple is not the best of friuts, it has very little proteins and all compared to other fruits, like banana, papaya etc.,

yes it is try it they actualy clean your teeth and have other fruit as well and no coke or lollies
