Nope. The sty is caused by the same bacteria that everyone else has so there's no risk of spreading it. If you think of a sty as a pimple on the inner eyelid then you'll have the right idea... pimples are infections caused by plugging of glands in the skin but they're not contagious. Same thing with a sty - it's an infection caused by plugging of glands in the inner eyelid.

Ordinarily they're treated with warm compresses four times a day. In unusual circumstances, the doctor may choose to treat with antibiotic ointment or drops as well.

A sty and pink eye are not the same thing for chrissake. A sty is generally (not always) caused by a blocked follicle. Kind of like an eye pimple. Bacteria gets trapped in the blocked follicle and creates a small bump. It's not very contagious, though you should avoid sharing mascara and other eye products.
