Colour like music, or exercise can have positive health benefits on various health conditions. Everyone has a favorite colour and that makes them feel good, relaxed, peaceful, calm, cool, so that is why we all have our interiors coloured differently. My favorite Colour is Yellow and my bedroom is Yellow! I also have a Yellow Labrador!
