I work five days in a week & i always have the same kind of food thats two eggs & four slices of bread, now my friend discouraged me , that it's not good for my health to be having eggs everyday.So also want to hear the

Eggs are good for you. Only believe things that are established facts, not speculations. Cholesterol is a symptom of a prblem not the results of one. If you are allergic to arichidonic acid, have thyroid problems, insulin is out of whack can drive up cholesterol levels. Have these problems checked out before assuming an egg can negatively affect your cholesterol.

Sometimes it's not good to have too much eggs in your diet. It'll get your cholesterol up a bit. It will be healthier to eat a variety of food rich in different nutrients.

they say eggs are bad for you,they say fish was bad for you,they say meat bad for you,thy say pork bad for you,but im going to eat what i like and thats eveything thats bad for you. you might not want to eat chicken they say for a young lady it makes there breast grow faster because of the antibiotics in the feed.more then likely you will die from a car accident or cancer then from eatting eggs,enjoy your eggs.

boiled eggs are the best they are very nutritous and high in protein and good for you, the rumor you heard is just another one of those gay myths

im not a doctor but...
my great grandmother had eggs EVERY day EVERY meal for her entire life and she lived until 94
(long story why..)

cholesterol levels are mainly genetic, the diet has very little effect on that.
