i have no self control. i'll get a brownie, and sit down or somehting. then when i'm done with it i go get another one. and it's not like i'm hungry, i just always feel like eating junk food.
i don't watch a lot of tv though, but i am on the computer a lot.
i tried chewing gum instead, but then i just run out of gum. i tried drinking a lot of water so i'd be full and not have an appitite, that doesn't work because i always have to pee. i tried brushing my teeth whenever i had a craving but it just doesn't stick. i even told my mom to stop buying junk food, but she does anyway for other people in the family. and i and not athletic AT ALL, and my lungs are horrible so i can't run. even in gym class.
i'm not fat, i'm 15 years old and 112 pounds at 5'5".
but i can see my thighs and butt getting bigger (at least it seems like that) and i hate my chubby cheeks. but they're only chubby when i smile.
but see i'm not FAT.
