stiff body, barely able to walk, can't breath, can't expel mucus, back hurts,chills, fever, raspy voice, can't talk too well, no apetite, and shortness of breath. can is be pneumonia??

It could, but you need to see a doctor. A chest x-ray will show pneumonia if that's what you have.
Just don't wait until you start coughing up blood like I did. It was indeed pneumonia with me at the time.

There's only one way to know for sure, and that is to visit your doctor. He'll be able to listen to your lungs and tell you if you have pneumonia or not. If you think you have pneumonia, please call your doctor, or visit the ER, and get checked. You will need immediate treatment if it is pneumonia. No one on a message board can give you competent medical advice. Only a doctor who examines you can do that.
