The only way is to have it tested. No, it's not on your birth certificate. And unless you have had a blood test where to doctor ordered your blood to be "typed and crossed" you will have to get an order for the test from your doctor.
Or, if you are old enough, you can donate blood. They can tell you what the type is.

Very simple: go to your nearest blood bank, and donate blood. Not only will you learn your blood type, but you will also learn your cholesterol level, and will have your blood tested for standard STD's and iron level. Quite a deal!

THERE IS NO WAY TO FIGURE OUT YOUR BLOOD TYPE. IT REQUIRES A BLOOD TEST. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FREE TEST TO DETERMINE YOUR BLOOD TYPE, DONATE BLOOD TO THE RED CROSS. A CARD WILL BE SENT TO YOU WITH YOUR BLOOD TYPE LISTED. SOMETHINGS ARE WORTH PAYING FOR BECAUSE A MISTAKE IN BLOOD TYPE COULD BE FATAL.
