I figure i eat a good veggie and fruity meal in my meals tons of colors for example
today thankgiving, I'm a vegan so i eat pretty color ful and fresh foods. for breakfast have starch from a real source of a sweet potato, had a 2 cups raw and steamed to 1 cup of cabbage, and one medium red apple. so got my orange red and greenish colors in. do probably the same for lunch and dinner have more variety with a grain in the mixture and plenty of tea and tons of water , plus gum for exercises plus heavy running 20 mins a day and gum to keep me occupied for hours and also have a piece of dark chocolate and whole grain crackers or soy milk with an apple for dessert.
plenty of antioxidents nothing mixed with fatty stuff but all healthy is this a good idea?
