I just got spacers yesterday. I got 1 on my left side and 2 on my right side of my teeth. On the right side, my teeth hurt SO bad. If ANYTHING touches that certain tooth, I see stars. On my left side, it doesn't hurt thankfully.

Is there anything that can numb my right side or make it feel better please? The day I take off the spacers (monday) I get my braces! That must hurt like 10x more! :( Help please

Spacers are those little blue circular things put in between teeth to separate them for a retainer/braces.

I've had both spacers, braces, and a retainer, so trust me. I understand the pain you are in.
You can try using anbesol, which is to put on sore teeth to numb it. It works very fast, and feels strange, but it is much better than pain! I think you can find it at any drug store, or even a grocery store. Also, try to eat liquids like soup, and cool drinks instead of anything that will put pressure on the sore tooth/gum. Sometimes I found relief from sucking on an icecube. Hang in there!
Good luck, and remember, it's all worth it when you have a beautiful smile at the end!

Use orajel and take some ibuprofen. Spacers are the worst part of getting braces, trust me. They hurt like ten times worse than the braces. Good luck!

orajel. it is normally used for babies when they are teething, but it numbs the gumbs and it works wonders.
