any tips for staying out of the kitchen cabinets? i'd really appreciate it :)

not brining it into the house is the easiest way to get off the junk food especially for those that tend to eat when they are bored.

Humans evolved to like high calorie foods because during our evolutionary history, getting enough calories was often a challenge, so individuals who liked high calorie foods (fruit, starch) survived better than those who prefered leaves. Of course today we manipulate the taste of food and create artificial food so now its those who dont like sweets and fat who have the health advantage.

Because its to easy to get a hold of and its addictive! Your best bet is to stop buying it. You can't eat it if its not in your cabinets. Good luck and have a marvelous Thanksgiving!

i understand when u hear the food calling your name. my solution is to eat the food in moderation. have a little snack in between meals based on the SERVING SIZE. nothing more. or by healthier sancks . they have 100 calories fudge brownies and there filling too.
