it depends on how healthy "you" want to be. humans are designed to ingest whole foods grown in the soil or the flesh of animals which are low calorie and nutritious. humans are not designed to ingest highly processed, chemically laden foods made by man in factories with long shelf lives.
the choice is 100% yours as to the types of foods that you want to ingest on a daily basis. 30 minutes of daily exercise is surely not excessive especially when compared to the massive amounts of daily television that the average person watches weekly.

In a roundabout means, I bet. But it is simply that in these days, with the entire study that has been performed on intellectual ailments considering the fact that the 50's and 60's, everyone thinks that they're a psychopath simply when you consider that they've one million or two signs of paranoia, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive sickness, drug dependency sickness, and ADHD. So each time they make a tremendous mistake, and can not discover a respectable reason behind it, they conceal away and freak out approximately how "they've a intellectual sickness and wish support", while they do not also have one. Then once more, the ever-growing style of leisure medications, primarily uppers can not quite be serving to a entire lot both. Note: If you desire to make cash and feature plenty of time to make use of up on schooling, fitting a psychiatrist is commonly wherein it is at proper now.

Personally, I think the answer to your question depends greatly on your perspective and what your objective is. If you're referring to the sickly skinny stick-figure model types as the "standard", then yes, that's a bit too much. But if "healthy" is the standard, then I think you have to do whatever you need to do to achieve it. Everyone has 30 minutes in their day that they could devote to exercise, but choose not to. Sure, you may be too tired or whatever, I understand that, but the time is still there. The people who do exercise 30 minutes a day, don't have 30 minutes more in their day than the rest of us... it's just about priorities.
Forget about the "Standards" and do what works best for you and what makes you feel good about "you".
Good luck!

Yes I agree. As long as your incorporating some fruit and veggies in your diet then your fine. Some people go to the extreme and make sure they get all these servings in when dieting and they forget that balance is they key. For the 3o minutes of activity I dont think thats high. Its good for blood circulation, health and your heart etc.

The standards aren't too high, most of us are too fat and lazy. Unhealthy, over-processed foods are very cheap and easy to find (McDonald's), and why walk to the corner store when you can drive?
In other parts of the world people work harder, walk or ride bicycles everywhere, and shop for their dinner every day- getting fresh ingredients from the market.

yes the standards are high, thats why i dont bother with the standards anymore. many ppl are desparate to try obtainnin this perfect body image that they dont realize that they're obsessin over something that is unimportant to life. beauty doesnt last forever so why would ppl try to create perfect beauty if it'll eventually go away?
life is short as well, just enjoy urself and everythin u have before its gone
