im 16 and into geting my body in shape forr the years off collage and lasses ;) but while im doing the gym the rest of the time im feel; ill, tired and down (moody) is there anyway off stoping this happening to me?beacuse im realy into the weights but this is starting to put mee off.. i need your help noww :( !@!@!

most likely your current diet is insufficient for your new level of activity. you need to start eating more healthy foods that are all natural.

it may be that your starting off with weights that are too heavy for you. I did this and come the next day my arms would ache and hurt. If you start with a lighter load and then build your way up to heavier weights, your body will be used to this and hopefully won't affect you for the days after your work out.

It seems you haven't got used to it. Or you are working out to much. Your muscles should hurt a little after a work-out but be better for the next work-out session and the cycle should repeat again. If this problem keeps on, ask again.
