You know that fat that plops down when you lift up your arm? Its like around your armpits, and when ever i wear tanktops all the fat bunches up, its disgusting. Please, what is s a fast way I can get rid of it.

you can't spot reduce fat stores. you need to decrease your current level of body fat until you see the desired results in your problem areas.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Eat healthy. Drink water. Do exercise. Push-ups are great for the arms and the entire body, in general. Use dumbells

I think you're talking about your tricep, and don't be discouraged almost everyone has that fat. You have to do tricep workouts, look up tricep workouts on google or w/e, hope i helped.
