A girl who is curvy, muscular, or skinny?

When it comes to pure physicality, I personally prefer healthy, athletic women with some muscle. I'll have to go with LV on this one, I think it's generally true what he says (though there are always exceptions, and again we're talking purely physical preference).

generally:
fat guys typically like any kind of girl they can get but usually try to get skinny girls. skinny guys like skinny girls as they are typically intimidated and emasculated by muscular girls. athletic guys typically like girls with muscles, then curves then the mini-mc skinny girls

I like them all myself, but I do believe it depends on the guy.
