This is such a funny question. I've heard that Cancer can be quite excruciating towards the end, so would like to wish it on anyone who is cruel and really awful. Ebola may also be appropriate for bad people.

tuberculosis, because it's disgusting, painful, and it would stand a really good chance of killing the awful person and all the awful people they know.
