Hey,
I'm not on a diet since my weight is healthy but I want to maintain it or slim down a kilo, not much more though...Anyways skinny girls of my age eat a lot of chocolate and stuff without being bulimic,so I dont want to deprive myself either but is this too much?
Breakfast:An apple and a brown bread slice cut in 2 halfs:One with peanut butter, the other with fat free cottage cheese

Snack:Special K bar(90cals)

Lunch:A bit of lettuce, and apple slices(not alot,I just got them from the fruit salad, and it was SMALL)And 2 "fried coated fish cakes"(but they're not big,though...)
Followed by another specIal K bar

Snack: A special K bar(again)
Then a chocolate,chocolate chip muffin
Then I exercised for 30 mins(lost 200cals)

Dinner:One slice of brown bread with cayenne pepper, tuna and lettuce, followed by a chocolate coated rice cake(only 50cals)

that is not a healthy diet at all, it's about 80% carbohydrates. those Special K bars are 100% garbage and are nothing but sugar and chemicals. you have to look at more than simply just calories but the source of those calories.

190 calories from lean poultry and vegetables is several magnitudes healthier than 190 calories from a Special K Meal Bar, especially since the largest ingredient in them is sugar. foods made by man are not healthy and should be consumed at the absolute minimum. humans are designed to eat the flesh of animals and fish and foods that are grown in the soil, not made in factories loaded with chemicals for long shelf lifes
