I just recieved my allergy bloodwork test results back. I'm allergic to House dust, dust mites, cats/dogs, ragweed, elm tree, birch tree, maple tree, oak tree, bahia grass, bermuda grass, timothy grass. The only 2 things I'm not allergic to are molds & cockroaches?!! Did anyone else get this many positive results when they were allergy tested?

For the past four months, I have done cardio 3 x a week on treadmill (45 min around 3.0 mph) and strength training 2 x a week (30-45 minutes, upper and lower, and core) along with eating healthy. I have been doing well and lost over 25 lbs. However, in the past couple of weeks I have found that I am really bored and it is harder to get my workouts done. What is a good way for me to shake it up schedule wise, without having to do anything crazy that I won't keep up. I do like the treadmill and light weights, I just think maybe the five days in a row is dragging on. Would 3 days on 1 off be good, or 4 days on 2 off? I don't mind working out on weekends.

Any ideas? What has worked in the past to get you out of a rut? Please remember I am still a beginner, and working to get into shape slowly. Also I do work 50 hrs a week so no crazy stuff please. THANKS!

In evenings when the temp. falls down from 29 degree cels. to 28 or less I start yawning repeatedly. The frequency is 15 or more yawns per 10 minutes. This lasts for nearly one hour, making my jaw joints painful. The period of yawning is more when I am outdoors.I could not understand the reason. Some friends say that since I smoke , my lungs crave for more oxygen.Others thought that when the temperature drops, whatever CO 2 has risen up due to heat, during the day comes down to earth level, resulting in reducing the ratio of oxygen. But then yawning effect should cover every one. Will any one kindly explain it ?

I have recently started drinking flavoured sparkling water beverages instead of soft drinks and wondered if anyone knew if they were actually any better for you than soda, and are they a good replacement for plain water.

I have had migraines I since I started my cycle & got put on BC for irrgular cycles when I was 12 years old. I would have them everyday & they would last for weeks on end. I would have maybe 2 or 3 days out of a month that I didn't have a migraine. I am 27 now, up until I was 19/20 I had just OTC drugs for them then I got put on Verapamil, that seemed to help for a while then stopped. I've tried AMERGE & Imitrex tablets. Then I lost ins. so I just went back to OTC drugs. I've just recently been tried on Zonegran, didn't work. And now Im on Topamax, I can only do the 200 mg because of the side effects. I have Imitrex injections for when I get one. I always get one the week before my cylce & the week of which is probably hormonal. Im doing a chiro right now & that doesn't seem to be helping. I've had a MRI & came back fine. Im having breakthrough headaches more & more...and was wondering if anyone knows of anything that I could do for them since the meds are wearing off???

I am interested in practicing natural family planning - charting my cycle and using that to determine my fertile times. I already monitor my cervical mucus but want to start monitoring my temperature.

Does anyone have any helpful advice on the subject, or could you recommend any good websites so that I can learn a bit more about it.

Hi guys- this is to those of you who are unfortunate to have been diagnosed some form of depression- be it clinical or otherwise. I really don't want or need silly answers so honest answers only please. The doc changed me from Sertraline to Amitriptaline(excuse the spelling!!).

What I need to know is it normal for really bad side effects to kick in- like a withdrawal dissiness? or do you think I need to go back to the gp? there is no support for people like us out there. I was on the Sertraline for 2 months before changing btw. Ive been taking these new ones for 2 weeks.
Your advice would be most welcome thank you

My boyfriend had to go to the hospital yesterday. I was not with him so I am very confused at what is going on. The doctor had to cut him open just below his tailbone. There was an absess? There was so much build up that it basically came out on its own. BUT the doctor told him that he might have something where you get an infection in your bowels and it burrows its way out into the body? My BF was out of it while he was explaining it so he couldn't really tell me what was going on when he came home. Only that he had to return to the doctor on Tuesday morning. Does anybody know what the heck is wrong with him? It was hurting him so badly that he couldn't even sit down. He barely could walk and just trying to help him get up off the bed was painful.

If someone has genital herpes & you perform oral sex on them, can you get genital herpes through that kind of contact or can you tell me what would happen in that situation. Peace

I'm working on a law case in Legal Systems, a class at my school, and one of the opposing counsels witnesses (an expert medical examiner) testifies that because of the fracture on the victims interior side of his left leg, she concludes that he must have been hit (by the car) directly there. But I'm trying to prove that if he was hit directly there, the injury would have been much worse than a simple tibia fracture, because the tibia is weak. I want to prove that he was running across the street and the car hit him on the outside of his left leg, but it still resulted in a tibia fracture on the inside. Is this possible?

I recently got a trial pair of contacts and they're great. However, in dim yellowish lighting, it doesn't 'feel' right. I'm not sure how to explain it. Everything is still sharp as a tack, but at the same time it's weird. I don't have this problem in broad daylight though.

i have a "grower" at 7", but it is only like 2" when soft normally. sometimes if i'm hot it is 3" soft. i always thought growers and showers had to do with of body fat or something. example: less body fat = less body warmth, so i thought b/c i have very low body fat, my penis just feels cold i.e. shrinkage all the time.... am i right, or is it just luck of the draw. anyone with a medical answer would be great.
