Trying to figure out a healthy snack to make that takes very little prep time. Any ideas? Thanks!

Sometimes I slice a banana and put the pieces in the freezer for a few hours. It's like sucking on pieces of ice cream!
It takes more than 10 minutes, but it's a great snack!
Fruit always makes a great snack and it doesn't take long to prepare...
You can take the inner part out of an apple, fill it up with cinnamon, raisins (and perhaps even some brown sugar), put the apple in the microwave for about one minute (depens on how large your apple is and how you like it). It tatses great!

If you want something good, try Jell-o instant pudding with no fat or sugar. It's high in calcium, and tastes delicious. It does have some sodium in it though, but it's nothing to worry about as long as you don't eat more than half of it a day. It's also very low in calories, with only around 300 per package. For prep time, it takes around 8 minutes to make.

Blend a banana or other fruit with milk or yogurt in a blender. Yum.
