My husband only uses Pure Whey, he gets it from nutrition.com

He mixes it with a spoon and loves it because it tastes good and truly mixes. I haven't tried it but the vanilla smells great.

1 scoop has 125 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 145 mg of potassium, 1.5g carbohydrate, 26 g protein.
