only eat veggies (no canned), fruits (Cups ok)(no canned), yogart, soup, 1 cup of milk daily, only italian dressin for salads, chicken, tuna, gum ( get mind off hunger) limited crackers (snack(fish or original), limited rice (only dinner), green tea (diet(splenda(1 time a week), fiber 1 time a day
i will only eat 3 meals a day
breakfast- grapefruit prefurable or fruit or veggie
lunch-salad ,or yogart or fruit or veggie or tuna or soup
dinner- chicken (optional) tuna (optional) raw veggie, possible rice (1 cup only), soup
Snack fruit, veggie, cracker, gum
water 100 oz ( 5 bottles of 20 oz) a little less then1/2 my weight kinda i weigh 237lbs 5'2
exersize plan
tread mill all day till tired while i watch tv
jog in morning for about 30 mins
do one of my exerize dvd before bed (palates, strip tease, or big ball)
everyday i can do the exersize thing i done it before just not in over a yr i had 2 babies back to back ive already lost 30 doing nothing advice?
