only eat veggies (no canned), fruits (Cups ok)(no canned), yogart, soup, 1 cup of milk daily, only italian dressin for salads, chicken, tuna, gum ( get mind off hunger) limited crackers (snack(fish or original), limited rice (only dinner), green tea (diet(splenda(1 time a week), fiber 1 time a day
i will only eat 3 meals a day
breakfast- grapefruit prefurable or fruit or veggie
lunch-salad ,or yogart or fruit or veggie or tuna or soup
dinner- chicken (optional) tuna (optional) raw veggie, possible rice (1 cup only), soup
Snack fruit, veggie, cracker, gum
water 100 oz ( 5 bottles of 20 oz) a little less then1/2 my weight kinda i weigh 237lbs 5'2
exersize plan
tread mill all day till tired while i watch tv
jog in morning for about 30 mins
do one of my exerize dvd before bed (palates, strip tease, or big ball)
everyday i can do the exersize thing i done it before just not in over a yr i had 2 babies back to back ive already lost 30 doing nothing advice?

Um that actually sounds like a good thought out plan. I think with all your exercising you will lost more than 30lbs. but seriously don't burn yourself out. Too much exercise will probably un-motivate you.

You can eat 3 meals and a few snacks. The green tea is really good for you if you aren't drinking the bottled crap. If you can buy green tea in bags or loose leaf and drink it that way it would be more beneficial for you. The diet green tea is nothing but chemicals that have no nutritional value, and green tea (real stuff) speeds metabolosm, and you can drink it all day if you like. The lipton Green Tea and honey tea bags are really good... but I like tea with no sugar and not bottled.

Sounds like u'll loose alot of weight. Just dont starve. I dont know about 30 lbs in 6 weeks....but for sure everyone will see a big difference

If you want to gain a lot of muscle and gain some weight which you will from gaining muscle. Just eat more often and keep going to the gym. Don't eat to much and try to eat meat before you workout. After you are done working out eat fruit to gain protein. Either way no matter what you do, don't eat junk food. Get more here:

You can lose two pounds a week safely. You need to go to www.weightwatchers.com to learn how. Otherwise, if you lose too fast, you'll just put it all back on and then some. Also, if you're trying to change everything at once, you'll just get tired. You sound like you're trying to be ultra-strict, and that's not going to work.

You need to exercise.. if your not overweight.. if your underweight as you say.. then your muscle need to be toned. and the only way to tone your muscles is exercise. try something like yoga or pilates, or speed walking.
As for eating. I dont' know what you are eating now. but stick to healthy things and avoid foods that will just add fat to your body..

5lbs a week? I wouldn't say so. You'd have to starve yourself completely to lose that much. Anyway it's only safe to lose 1-2lbs a week.
