I'm curious. I used to binge on a carton of ice cream and throw it up. I don't do it anymore because I started coughing up blood and cried like crazy.
And I heard you only get rid of 1/2 the calories? How is this possible if you throw up all the ice cream? Like instantly after eating it...

I'm just curious. I know how messed up this was and I really have stopped.

Eww. This must be the most disgusting question I've read in three months, but I can see why you are curious.

Ice cream melts and turns into liquid almost instantly, and the liquid slides on down to your intestines before you throw it up. Maybe that's why you still ingest a lot of the calories.

I'm glad you've stopped! I had the flu the other day, and threw up an ice cream, and it was absolutely disgusting. I hated the way my teeth felt, and I couldn't have ice cream for days afterward.

Keep up the good work!
