I recently heard that WD40 can benefit people when rubbed into painful and stiff joints, particularly those with arthritis. Despite the fact that it is a spirit based material, greasy, smelly and possibly toxic to the skin, this fact is apparently well supported. Has anybody heard this fascinating piece of trivia? Has anyone heard of anyone benefitting in this way or indeed has anyone actually benefitted themselves? I have tried to find patients who have had success here but haven't heard a squeak from any of them ..... ( joke ) .... seriously, anyone got anything to say in support of this?

This is a bit embarassing but I've searched the web and can't find any help with it.

I've noticed that I have these clusters of really tiny flesh-coloured bumps, some look a bit irritated too, on both sides of my labia majora. They are a little larger closer to my vaginal opening, and seem to be in bunches that protrude out.

I am 23, in good general health, and I have only been sexually active with one person (who I am in a long-term relationship) and he was tested for sti's 3 weeks ago and all came back negative, so this is unlikely to be warts or herpes.

Does anybody know what these little bumps could be? Are they normal or could they be some sort of reaction to something?? I'll make an appointment to see my doctor next week, but I'm really worried!

I would really appreciate serious answers, thanks.

It's partly the area around the groin and partly in the groin. It's very hard and tender. About the size of a large marble. My doctor is male and I'm to embarrassed to go to him about it. Any idea what it could be or how I can get it to go away myself?

Hi for quite some time, I've had irritation and itching down in that area. Sometimes it itches a lot and it bleeds a tiny bit, partially heals up yet it is still irritated so it never fully heals. It is on one of the sides and it seems to be a bit inflamed. I'm scared to go see a doctor about this. If I did do, which type of doctor should I see? Is there any type of home treatment I can use? The itching spread and now other areas further back are irritated too. HELP!

Apparently in my last question I didn't make myself completely clear. Answer all the questions! Why do people believe that putting man made chemicals into their bodies is the answer to mental health problems? Why do doctors put these chemicals into our bodies to cover up a problem instead of trying to find the real reason behind them and instead fixing them that way? Not chemical imbalance, no...that is a lie made up by doctors to help support pill pushing, what I am talking about is what the cause in everyday life is. Are doctors stupid? Not in the book sense but in common sense. Book smarts is not being smart if you don't have common sense to go with it. Now a new question. Why would you take a medication that alters your state of mind, basically what makes you, you?
Again answer all questions. Serious answers only.

I used to be so skinny. All the time people would tell me I didn't know how lucky I was and that it would catch up with me someday. When I went on birth control, it did. It seems like my metabolism just stopped. Unfortunately, when I was super skinny, I never developed good diet and exercise habits, so it was hard to get into the habit once I wasn't skinny anymore. Now I'm not on birth control anymore, but it doesn't matter. I have to be so careful of what I eat. I am way more conscious now than I ever was before, but I'm still nowhere near where I need to be health-conscious wise. I stopped gaining weight and hit a plateau and I have so much problems motivating myself to get up and exercise. I still have a curvy figure, I don't appear to be overweight to a lot of people because I'm tall, but I see it. I miss my old self. I guess the moral of the story is that if you fall into the still-skinny-don't-exercise-or-eat-right genre, take heed, it will catch up with you and ...
