Many factors play into your height that are beyond your control. Heredity, whether or not you were breastfed or premature, country you were raised in, cultural aspects of your life etc. At 16, most of your height growth has already occurred, but you can eat a healthy diet and get sufficient rest for your age and that will help. all you can do is eat calcium enriched foods and drink milk. You're only 16 right you can grow till your 21 or sometimes a little past but not always. Another factor is genetics. Are both your parents tall? Did they grow till they were 21 or did they stop in their teens. Ask them and they should be able to tell you. You are average height now so I would'nt worry.

hello buddy
1. eat a lot of protein,drink a lot of protein,live with protein,always dream about protein.
2. pull-ups is great exercise to gain overall height.dont go up and down,but instead hang there for about 2minutes or more or according to ur capacity.for grip buy a sports gloves.
3.skip lightyear number of times(do atleast 500 -700 skips daily).
4.as a warm up,if you have ground near your house,run for about 10mins at a medium pace.
5.buy a bicycle and lift its seat to such a height so that you cant touch the ground without your pointed toes facing downwards(be careful to ride it in traffic(check brakes,or better ride it in the ground).do cycling for about 15 minutes.try to use bicycle on every occassion (going a buddys house,or anything thats near you .use bicycle until you are 21 years of age.you would develop a beautiful quadriceps by the way.
6.if possible join a basket ball training school and be there until you are 21 years.
7.if you are 5"7 then your 65kgs is ideal.always maintain your weight as it has a great impact in your height too.

In standing position ,join your two fists,take it above your head and stretch your entire body upwards to the maximum possible height. Resume the original position and repeat the excercise.Do it 10 times to start with and increase it gradually.In Yoga, this is known as Taadaasan. You will see good results in a month's time.Spread this technique to as many persons as possible and earn their blessings.

1.Just go for Protein shakes twice in a week.
2.Eat a lot of Bananas.
3.Eat a lot of vegetabes along with fresh Mutton.
4.Do exercises regurlarly.

Just be happy with the height that you have. Eat well, you're only 16, you still have to grow. and it shouldn't matter how tall you become. :-)

do 100 or more jumps.everyday.play basketball.since u r 16 u cannot hang.there are many methods but i need pics to tell u that.

You are still growing so the best thing to do is to drink a lot of milk or take calcium supplements.
