I do not recommend medication because it will not solve your problem, only suppress it so it can pop out in another form, perhaps in a process happening within your body that you will not notice until it is too late. As for anxiety attacks, I had an acquaintance who was in the same situation. I did not help her because she refused help, but I have some strange methods to deal with this. It sounds as if there are no tremendous problems in your life, but I'm only assuming from the "suffer from attacks of anxiety for no apparent reason" quote. It would be helpful for you to seek an opportunity where you can focus on other people in third world countries, perhaps volunteering to distribute malaria relief or food, even. When you're dealing with a real crisis, sometimes these things take the backdrop and leave you alone. On the other hand, pressure can mount higher and you'll find yourself worse off, but I doubt this.

I think most people have anxiety to some extent. I have it bad, I have to take meds to counteract anxiety attacks and wear this bite when I sleep so my tooth-grinding won't hurt my teeth. As a long-time anxiety sufferer, I think I know what causes it. Not feeling good about yourself, not feeling worthy. It intially started when a boyfriend dumped me. You just have to think of yourself as a good person and stay away from people that make you feel bad about yourself. Be around positive people, try to expect the best instead of the worst.

Anxiety can be managed. Firstly find out why you are anxios. once you have this slowly try to cope with it. If it is being in crowded places. start with small crouds. Keep saying positive things, like " I've managed to deal with this small crowd. I am really good. " move on to bigger crouds. each time praising yourself for coping. Because it is a major achievement. Positive thinking is the best. Also explain to your friends the problem and have them give you the encouragement.
This is only short so good luck with it.

no matter what.DONT WORRY .my once-a-fat brother had all sort anxieties in the world .he was 300lbs and everybody ridiculed him.but u know what,now he is 128 lbs angel doing ministries.he just quit being anxious and did what ought to be done.whatever situation you are in dont worry.anxiety is a slow poison but what is soothing is,it can be counteracted when you really change yourself in to a person of great happiness.joy etc...how? start thinking you are a reincarnation of your oldself and your old self has burned itself .you are now a new YOU.a unique YOU.

having anxiety is big problem for our healths,you have to make an action to stop it and if u have time try to go to the doctors for the seek of your health...yes!there's alot of people have an anxiety in this world....don't worry you're not alone.

yes,i also have one..i tried going to a psychiatrist once and he told me im indeed suffering from anxiety disorder..there are just times when i start to panick..whenever i notice ppl looking at me,i start to panick and then i sweat like a river(no kidding!)..its just frustrating coz it happens a lot and some ppl might really think im weird or something....

Paxil does wonders for me,Ive had panic attacks for years and I started taking paxil 5 years ago and Ive not had an attack since.
