Well Princess - this question is so broad that there is not enough space to answer, so I will try and sum up the answer in layman's' terms. Without proper guidance from birth on the basic principles of nutrition, oral & personal hygien the effects of the lack of these principles would eventually cause your death. It is as simple as that. One small example is not being taught to maintain good "oral" health. This is the leading cause of life threatening diseases, including heart attacks. I suggest that you hit the local library and start reading. Women are dying at a higher rate from strokes, heart attacks and cancer then ever before, and at a much younger age. Under 40!

No real effects, but u ought to visit a doctor once in a while, if u know what's gd 4 ur health. I dunno the side effects of lack of doctor/health supervision, although this link may help. http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/feel_better/people/going_to_dr.html
U can type things like 'why go to doctor' or 'health supervision why?' on yahoo and u may find smthn u r lookin for princess.

Could you make your question a bit clearer - I'd like to help but don't really know what you mean.
