The reason you are overweight because you are not eating proper food.The problem with our diet is that we get too many calories, fat, sugar and salt. diet:
1.please avoid fried items, decrease sugar intake and maintain regular eating schedule.
but dont remain hungry or skip food as this produces counter effect and spoils the health too.
2. drink lots of water and binge on salads.
3. do yoga or some form of exercise to tone up.
diet follow ups:
1. regular time to time food shud b taken on daily basis. u must c to it that the time is maintained.
2. less or no oil shud mean less or no oil or fried items. there shud b no discounts on it.
3. it easier said than done...one must have the motivation and perseverance to lose weight. if u let go for one day, next day also u will feel like taking off from the diet plan so u lose ur track and r back to square one. b careful. all the best.

The best diet plan I can advise is the GM diet plan. Go to google and check it out. My daughter is the recent tester of this plan and sure shows. You have to strictly adhere to it and results will be seen. All the best. You can substitute chicken for beef and for vegans paneer is ideal.

Eat less. Make sure everything you eat is highly nutritious. No simple carbs (sugar, white flour) Lots of complex carbs (Veggies, preferably raw) proteins. Right fats (olive oil, coconut oil) steam veggies, don't fry. Use whole grains.
Excercise regularly. Check your thyroid glands for hypothyroidism.

drink only fruit juice for morning, meals (req) for afternoon, boiled food and chapathi for dinner , jogg daily for half an hour. your weight will surely decreased.
