I have been trying to do this but I have encountered some problems.

*If I drink eight glasses today,plus two glass of juice and a glass of milk,I will cant drink all eight glasses tomorrow.

I do drink two glass of orange juice everyday and a glass of milk at breakfast but I cant seem to always get my eight glasses in.Some days I drink up to twelve glasses of water but the next day I might only drink two.

How do I ensure a steady intake of water.Glad for any help provieded.Thanks all :)

I'm 13, 5'4", 36B (if that matters), and have an hourglass figure.
I'm curvy, not over weight and I can see some of my ribs/hip bones, but my BMI says I'm underweight.
Is it just my build?
What do you think a good weight me?

i got a TB test today, just a little poke underneath the top layer of skin, but my entire are is sore, not where the injection was. This is not the first time either. The last time I gave blood i could barely move my arm at all for a week.

I was recently an inpatient in a private psychiatric hospital. Apart from doing a 'ward check' ( to make sure you are there), blood pressure, temp, and hand out meds - thtat was IT. I know they are not social workers or psychiatrists but..... I know they have to do patient notes and paper work, but for goodness sake surely there more they should be doing to assist a patients wellbeing?..

I didnt know if having "Genital warts" and just simply having 1 wart is different or the same? I have had this one wart for a year and it is embarrasing and I have read that genital warts are extremely contagious..Should I use the same caution with this single wart I've had for a while. Also, I just attempted to cut it off. Im pretty sure I didnt successfully remove it but I did it to minimize the size to allow further efforts to take affect quicker (drug treatment). Please, serious input: Contagious, same as "genital warts", further removal methods???

well, i mean in general, not all girls, but for the most part. Because I am really skinny (my waste) and have small boobs (they are still there tho!) but my problem is I have a butt and big thighs. See, i'm a gymnast but it seems to have made them bigger because they are muscular. I hate them. but do guys like average legs, like boy size legs, or do they like curvy women on bottom?

Who has HAD a Bunion Surgery? Why did you choose to have the surgery? How was the recovery process? Would you suggest it to someone who pronates badly, thus causing pain.
I'm only 17, and I pronate bad, but this hurts! I can tell that it's getting bigger, and its pushing my toes off to the side. But I worry about the effectiveness of the surgery... will the bunion come back or be more painful? HELP!

I had 2 root canals performed by my Endodontist 2 days ago (just over 48 hours ago) on teeth #13 and #15. I have a fairly constant, dull pain in the area and it is sore to pressure in the general area. If I attempt to slightly bite down in the area (tooth #14 is still whole), it elicits a fairly strong pain. I have had other root canals, and none of this seems out of the ordinary.

However, if I place any pressure, even if just slightly with my tounge, on the underside of tooth #13 it creates an unbearable pain. Tooth #15 does not have any pain if touched or w/ pressure. This isn't my first go-round, and I don't remember ever feeling pain like this.

I had no pain before the root canals (neither were painful or infected; these were only to correct decay that was encroaching on the pulp). Neither were abcessed. I accidentally bit down while chewing food on the other side of my mouth and the pain was almost incapacitating.

Is this a sign of a failed root canal? Any ideas?

From where I come from there are plenty of rumours about it.
I have heard that guy's knees become weaker after ejaculation and women experience changes in their physical appearance.
I just want to clear this once and for all.
A scientific or professional answer is definitely preferable.

to lose 10 pounds off my thighs and 10 pounds off my stomach...
i am 15 and 5'2" but i weigh 108, i look like i am skinny from the outside but i have huge thighs and a thick stomach...i wear a 5 for my pants and my goal is a 1 or 2. Im only a teen, in high school, but I sleep like an average of 4 hours a night. It makes it very hard to focus in on school work and to stay awake during classes. I'm usually exhausted until about noon, then I wake up and I am wide awake until around 12am. When I finally go to bed, my mind races nonstop and I toss and turn for hours. By the time I fall asleep I have to get up again in a few hours. Any suggestions or techniques to help me sleep better ??
