Take time to take your kids for a walk. It will do good. Try not to take the lazy way of doing things. Get things like celery and carrots for snacks. This is a habit. Get a few old juice bottles and buy the juice in big containers at the store and take a few bottles of juice to have a work and school. You might feel odd with a little cooler/lunch box at first but then you will feel like it is you. The kids will pick up on these habits like when at home rinse the juice jug soon as you are done. all these things become a habit. If the cokes are not there you will not drink them. A pasta and a cream of something soup with very little water and tuna is a quick and easy diner. Oatmeal and grits of different flavors is always good for breakfast along with unsweetened ceral like chez. Just try different ceral to you find what you like. The less sugar you eat the less you want in other sweet stuff. all this becomes a habit.
