After bathing your feet at night and giving yourself a nice pedicure with pumice, apply a very heavy moisturizing cream, such as shea butter, and then put on some socks (the thicker the better). Do this every night for a month and I bet you will discern a distinct difference. And FYI, forget all of those expensive creams that promise miracles, simple shea butter will work wonders and its relatively inexpensive; its so great that I use it to moisturize my hair during the dry winter months.

Try this, before you sleep, apply Petroleum jelly on the dry areas then cover it with a towel. Let it stay overnight. Do this for a week so until you see the sole soften. I do this also for my palms. It will moisturize the skin since Petroleum really is good moisturizer. In fact, some uses it as lip balm.
Hope this helps. God bless
