to lose 10 pounds off my thighs and 10 pounds off my stomach...
i am 15 and 5'2" but i weigh 108, i look like i am skinny from the outside but i have huge thighs and a thick stomach...i wear a 5 for my pants and my goal is a 1 or 2. I could easily do this because i have a small build i just wanna have some tips for staying on plan, losing weight and how long it will take. thanks a ton in advance!!!

To lose pounds, you'd have to do cardio. Try walking. However, you're at about the right weight, really. More importantly, you want to exchange fat for muscle. I would try walking about half an hour every morning for three weeks, at a fast pace. If you can, work up to jogging, so you cover more territory. This will work your muscles, and muscles take less space than fat. Try it for about three weeks, and you should see results. Take off one day a week if you're jogging, so you don't overwork your muscles and get tired.

At 5'2" and 108 lbs you do NOT have a weight problem, sweetheart-you have a BODY IMAGE problem, and you really need to talk to someone, preferably a psychologist who specializes in working with anorexic and bulimic patients, for I fear thats the path you may be headed down without counseling intervention,ok?

Your goal is ambitious, but I'm not sure you could lose 20 pounds.

That all depends on your diet. stick to a low fat healthy one and it would be good if you do some serious walking or swimming as well
