to lose 10 pounds off my thighs and 10 pounds off my stomach...
i am 15 and 5'2" but i weigh 108, i look like i am skinny from the outside but i have huge thighs and a thick stomach...i wear a 5 for my pants and my goal is a 1 or 2. I could easily do this because i have a small build i just wanna have some tips for staying on plan, losing weight and how long it will take. thanks a ton in advance!!!
